We want you completely happy and satisfied with your purchase on any-watches.com. But in case you are somehow unsatisfied, we offer a money back guarantee of 30 days.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can choose among following options:
- Return the product
- Exchange the product
- Get refunded
- Repair under manufacturer's warranty
Return Policy
In case the product is damaged or broken.
- You need to call/e-mail us within 14 days. In the notification please:
- explain the fault
- mention whether you need a refund, exchange, or repair
- provide your order number
- You'll get a return authorization number (RMA). This RMA must be clearly marked on the return package!!! Packages sent without the RMA number will be rejected.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging including all accessories and supplies, user guides, warranty cards (not filled out), etc. We will be grateful to receive the package the way we shipped it to you.
- The shipping costs and extra-charges are entirely your concern. You might choose to ensure the product upon returning it. If you choose not to insure the package - all liability is yours.
Note: Please make sure that you return the product without using/wearing it. A watch worn even for a very short period can show signs of refurbished product (due to microscopic scratches or blemishes). We cannot accept such items.
We also do not refund products which are resized or modified in anyway!
In case the product needs repair.
All of www.wany-watches.com products have a one (1) month warranty.
Note: Repair period can take between 30-180 days. Warranty coverage applies only in case of some manufacturer defects and does not cover alterations or physical damages. Warranty coverage excludes the crystal, battery, and strap due to wear and tear.
Exchange policy
The exchange policy has much the same mechanism as the return policy, with except for the following:
- We can eliminate most of producer‚ defects. If not, we will send you a new sample of the same model.
- If there is no similar sample in our stock, we can offer another item of the same price. If you choose a model priced higher, you will have to enclose money order for the price difference.
- If the price of it is less than original one, we will refund the deference. Moreover, if you want to exchange the item, we will pay you back the shipping charge.
- As for refunds, there is a $10 re-stocking fee the customer should cover.
In case your purchase was lost, please wait for 30 days.
During this waiting period we will track the package way. If the package is not found, you will be refunded.
Note: You will have to cover all extra-charges.
Remember, that we are not able to foresee all the details of shipment and delivering. That is why you might be asked for additional duty charges. These charges are not statedin our policy because they depend on country where the package arrives.
When you receive your package, adult signature is required. If there are no adults to receive the parcel, the courier will leave the message for you that it was delivered to the nearest post office.
